Grab the Ring Box from the sink in the bathroom of the diner where you begin the game.

Star 1
The first Star can be found on the cocktail table in the middle of the Rabbit Hole Bar when you go there of your own accord.

Star 2
The second Star is inside Motel Room 3. You need the Sledgehammer to get the Motel Room Key from the lighthouse south of the Ferry.

Star 3
The third Star can be found to the left of the Cowboy's body. This can be obtained after you finish the Church section of the game.

Star 4
You can dig up the fourth Star by the Digging Man after acquiring all of the Bells. Go inside his trailer to get the Shovel, which you can then use to dig up the Star from his hole.

Star 5
In the Thelend Broadcasting Lot area, talk to the NPC twice to get the fifth Star.

Gold Ring 1
Place all five Stars in the Ring Box to get the first Gold Ring.

Gold Ring 2
You can get the second Gold Ring after refusing to kill Eddie at the end of the game. It's found on the body in the water in an area only accessible after refusing.

Ring Door
With both Gold Rings, go to the wall with the ring slots in the Rabbit Hole Bar to set forth on this ending. Make sure you're prepared, as there is a boss fight at the end.
