About us
Founded by Sophia Hayes in 2011, Gamer Guides is one of the longest-running, entirely female-led, independent game knowledge specialists in gaming media. Backed by SOSV seed investment in 2014 and 2016, we have grown from digital walkthroughs into interactive maps, structured game data, video and player tools.
Along the way we have produced official partner guides with studios such as Owlcat Games, reached 3 million Google Search clicks in a single month, and seen our coverage of a single game pass 20 million views.
