Starting from the walkway on L1, use the Striders to climb up the eastern wall to find to find this in a hidden area at the top of the room.

Found at the end of the area beyond the Energy Shield, as your reward for completing the platforming challenge.

Defeat ANCILE & TARGA, then follow the path to the east. You’ll find this in a room at the end.

From the surface, head down to the very bottom of The Pit to the lake. Go as far east as you can, then scale the walls to find a cavern beneath the exit. Lou can be found against the eastern wall, past the elevator.
